OverviewOptiVitro® CHO CA01α Feed Media SF is a dry powdered cell culture feed supplement, it’s fit for fed-batch processes of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell lines to assist process development and improve the utilization rate of bioreactor. The product is chemically defined (CD), animal-derived component-free (ADCF), and without any growth factors (such as insulin), peptides, hydrolysates, phenol red, 2-mercaptoethanol or other components undefined. It should be used with OptiVitro® CHO CA01β Feed Media SF (Catalog no.: CA000-N021) together, which can increase the yield of monoclonal antibodies and other proteins in CHO fed-batch culture process. This product is with poloxamer 188 and without L-glutamine.
